Shipping policy
Order Processing All Tribal Loop products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item is dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
- European Union — 5–10 business days
- United States — 5–10 business days
- Australia — 10–15 business days
- Rest of World — 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at triballoop@muvementuk.com and we'll investigate promptly.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
